Little gem
New to this business and was recommended to use Its Your Move from landlord friend who has been using this company for the last 4 years to manage his portfolo. Alan and Annette were so helphful and explained the dos and donts of letting your property, (theres a lot of dos) landlord gas cert, epc, inventory, bond, which to be honest I wasnt aware of but thankfully it was all dealt with by them and a tenant was quickly found. Thanks again I learnt a lot from you both!
