An excellent experience and highly recommended, Comfortable clean, well maintained minibus, safely and smoothly driven.
The driver was very polite, friendly and chatty on the way to the airport.
We arranged the whole journey by email.
They cannot wait too long directly outside the terminal for extended periods (cost a packet) so they park in a nearby lay by and waited for our call).
When we got in to arrivals our driver was waiting as we arranged.
We booked them because of all the good reviews and the cost.
Our experience was that they provided an efficient, safe, comfortable, stress free transfer to and from the airport.
No problems at all they even had baby and booster seat ready for us.

My friends and I booked Bridgend Taxis to pick us up at Cardiff Airport late on Monday night 1st Dec.2014.
As we are three elderly ladies and not familiar with Cardiff or Swansea we were a little concerned as to whether or not our taxi would actually turn up.
Driver Dean was in the arrivals area when we arrived.
He was so punctual, polite, courteous and helpful.
We then booked a return journey from Swansea to Airport for Wednesday morning 3rd Dec.
This time our Driver was Bob who was equally as punctual, polite etc.
We could not ask for better service and can strongly recommend Bridgend Taxis - EXCELLENT. Mary Reilly,Galway,Ireland

He was recommended to me by the company I visit, so I book him in advance.
He has taken me from my hotel to both Heathrow and Birmingham airports at 'silly hours' and been there to pick me up when I need to get back to Bridgend from an overseas meeting and cannot go home first. Before booking bridgend taxi's I phoned around for prices,
Dean was by far, more professional and understanding than other companies in the area.
I booked Dean's company for those reasons, an added bonus was that he was cheaper and he dropped individuals at their homes for no extra cost.
Being a lady and going on girls nights out around Swansea/Cardiff etc it's essential to have a reliable driver.
When drooping us at our destination Dean gave everyone his card and to ensure that he was contactable if anyone was lost from the group etc Dean even done a head count to ensure we were all on the bus.
This company is amazing. Very reliable. Trust worthy, i would definitely recommend. I will be using them again.
